Frank has been in private practice since 2005 and is the founder/developer of his private herbal extract line that can be found in over 36 states.

He is a Subject Matter Expert for the State of California Acupuncture Board and for legal matters involving Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. He has worked as an Integrated Acupuncturist for CPMC, POST Wellness, Center for Neck and Back Pain, and Elephant Pharmacy.

Frank got his undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley in Comparative Religion and his master’s degree at The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Additionally, he studied under the renowned Dr. Ching-Chun Ou.
