Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan
Cordis is our version of the classical Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan formula. It is designed to address disharmony between the Heart and Kidney, nourish Yin, and calm the mind. This herbal formula is used to support the heart, and calm the shen. It is often used to help maintain mental clarity, ease restlessness, and encourage a peaceful state of mind.
At the heart of the formula, Sheng Di Huang and Xuan Shen provide deep nourishment and cooling support, while Mai Men Dong and Tian Men Dong help replenish and moisten yin fluids. Bai Zi Ren, Suan Zao Ren, Shi Chang Pu, and Wu Wei Zi are valued for their ability to encourage relaxation and support the body's natural sleep rhythms. Dan Shen and Dang Gui help promote healthy circulation, ensuring proper nourishment throughout the system. Yuan Zhi is traditionally used to support cognitive function and emotional well-being. To these herbs we have added Ye Jiao Teng to further support sleep and Du Zhong to balance the yin nourishing herbs with yang support.
