How is RenBai different from the standard No. Six formula?
While No. Six is a neutral tonic for general dryness, RenBai is specifically "tuned" for when deficiency turns into active heat. It adds Zhi Mu and Huang Bai to the base formula to aggressively clear "Empty Fire." If your symptoms include intense hot flashes, a "steaming bone" sensation, or high irritability, RenBai is the more appropriate choice.
Is this formula effective for menopausal hot flashes?
