Formulation, Sourcing & Testing

Every project starts with the herbs, whether you supply your own or work from our sourcing network, and moves through a Bench Trial before full production.

Ingredient Sourcing Chinese herbs sourced from Spring Wind Herbs (premium, organic, or wildcrafted); Western herbs largely from Whole Herb Company. You may also supply your own ingredients for our review.
Bench Trial (Formula & Samples) $500 for the first SKU, $250 for each additional SKU in the same batch, plus any specialty material costs. Turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks. Ongoing formulation consulting outside of a specific build is available at $150/hour.
Standard Testing USP microbial panel testing (staph, E. coli, salmonella, yeast, mold, pseudomonas, coliforms) is included as standard on every production run.
Optional Testing Heavy metals panel (~$216/test), pesticide/herbicide panel (~$623/test), and HPTLC identity testing (~$493/herb/batch) are available on request.
