How do I know if I should choose Solis or Gan Mao?
In TCM, we look at whether the "Wind" is Cold or Heat. Choose Solis if you feel "Wind-Cold" symptoms: chills, a stiff neck, no sweating, and clear mucus. Choose Gan Mao (or Febris) if you feel "Wind-Heat": a sore throat, fever, thirst, and yellow mucus. Treating early with the correct formula helps release the exterior before the pathogen can move deeper into the body.
